In order to ensure a pleasant experience and a comfortable visit, the admission to the exhibition is assigned in different time slots every day. It is necessary to access the exhibition at the chosen time as marked at your ticket. A visit takes approximately 1 hour.
Accidentally missed your timeslot? In that case we’ll try to let you enter at a later timeslot. On the condition that the capacity is sufficient, so be on time!
Fast Pass tickets allow a single priority access to the exhibition, on the chosen day at any visiting time, without the need to queue. Please remember to check the opening and closing times of the exhibition before planning your visit.
An exclusive audio tour is also available separately, providing behind-the-scenes insight into the making of the Game of Thrones series, with commentary from the producers, prop designers, costume designers, armorers and weapons master.
The audio tour is available in the following languages: German, English, Spanish and French. Buy your audio tour online, along with your tickets or at the venue box office.
Children below the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3 and under go free, but you must ask for a free ticket at the box office or information desk. Please note that access with strollers is not allowed. We ask parents to take this rule into consideration before planning the visit to the exhibition. Please note that Game of Thrones is for mature audiences only and is not suitable for children.
It is not allowed to smoke, eat and drink in the exhibition area.
It is permitted to take photos for personal and non-commercial use. But make sure to disable your flash! This might disturb your fellow visitors.
Backpacks are not allowed at the exhibition. There are locker rooms available, which you can use, where you can put bags and small suitcases.
It is not allowed to enter the exhibition with any wheeled transport system, such as bicycles, skateboard, skates or any other electric gadget (these must be stored in the cloakroom area). Access with baby carriages or strollers is also not allowed. We ask parents to take this rule into consideration before planning the visit to the exhibition.
People with a degree of disability of at least 80 percent get reduced admission. When classified with “B” in the disabled person card, the assistant will be granted free admission upon presentation of the pass.

Promenade / Centro Oberhausen
By bus and tram almost all roads lead to the Centro in Oberhausen. From Oberhausen central station tram line 112 and the city bus lines SB90, SB91, SB92, SB93, SB98, 185, 953, 957, 960 and 961 lead directly to the "Neue Mitte" stop at the Centro. In addition, it is possible to take bus 961 to the "Centro" stop.
